Warehouse Operations Manager - Chemical Industry

As the Warehouse Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day warehouse operations within our client's organisation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilising your in-depth knowledge of chemical distribution to oversee and optimise processes and procedures in the warehouse.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Working closely with your team to ensure the smooth receiving, repackaging, relabelling, diluting, mixing, blending, and reshipping of products.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment.
  • Leading and motivating your team to achieve maximum performance and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A solid understanding of warehouse operations, specifically in the chemical industry.
  • Previous experience in process improvement and implementing change within a warehouse environment.
