As the Warehouse Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day warehouse operations within our client's organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilising your in-depth knowledge of chemical distribution to oversee and optimise processes and procedures in the warehouse.
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Working closely with your team to ensure the smooth receiving, repackaging, relabelling, diluting, mixing, blending, and reshipping of products.
- Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment.
- Leading and motivating your team to achieve maximum performance and continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A solid understanding of warehouse operations, specifically in the chemical industry.
- Previous experience in process improvement and implementing change within a warehouse environment.
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
- A commitment to health and safety best practises.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively.
Our client offers a competitive salary ranging from 40,000 to 45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, they also provide opportunities for career growth and development.
