- Earn 37,300 annually, with an additional shift premium.
- A structured schedule with two shift patterns and three shift patterns alternating through the seasons.Usually Monday to Friday but may involve weekends in peak seasons.
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems and machinery.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults to minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Apprentice Trained (NVQ Level 3)
- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Some electrical knowledge required
- Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
- Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all maintenance tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
