Reed is currently recruiting for an experienced and organised Business Support Assistant based in DN11. You will be tasked with providing comprehensive clerical support to the HEART Team to assist and support the services users. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing high quality administrative support in setting up and maintaining functional systems which adhere to GDPR.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records both manually and electronically and producing monthly statistical reports.
  • Using IT systems to input data, word process letters, memoranda and reports, including work of a confidential nature.
  • Dealing with enquiries from the public, officers of the authority and others, ensuring that these are dealt with and appropriate and feedback is given.
  • The calculation of interim accounts using a charging system unique to the Assistive Technology Team. To create financial individual client and business contracts for VAT & non VAT accounts on the ERP system to ensure the correct charges & payment methods are applied to the contract identifying direct debit details where appropriate.
  • To monitor clients circumstances in relation to eligibility criteria regarding the Home Alarm Service.

A perfect candidate will: 

  • Be experienced of operating administrative processes within a busy office environment .
  • Possess strong customer service experience.
  • Have experience of working to tight deadlines.
  • Have excellent understanding of data protection and security of information principles.
  • Possess good verbal communication skills and the ability to write type and converse information to those who need to be aware.

Working hours: 9:00am - 17:00pm. Monday to Friday
