Shift - 4 on 4 off Nights

Here at Futures we are delighted to be working with a leading food manufacturing business, famously known for their amazing products familiar to people across the world.

Reporting into the Engineering Manager, an Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for leading the Engineering team on Nights and ensuring top level manufacturing performance. 

Responsibilities of an Engineering Supervisor:

-            Assist with leading and managing the Engineering team to ensure production and maintenance goals are achieved.

-            Accountability for the reliability and performance of all production machinery and equipment. 

-            Ensuring PPM's are carried out and logged on the CMMS system. 

-            Collaborate with Production and the Projects team to drive process improvements and innovation.

-            Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team (Sometimes in a hands on aspect when required) 

-            Help develop the team and ensure they have what they need to be successful. 

Successful Engineering Supervisors will have:

-            Experience leading an Engineering team in an FMCG environment

-            A willingness to progress and develop into Engineering Management

-            The ability to organise and ensure Engineering records are updated and accurate. 

-            Qualified to a Level 3 NVQ, HND or HNC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)

-            The ability to motivate and identify future stars within the department.
