Multitask Personnel are working with a leading client specialising in EV Charging Installations, Smart Metering & Renewable Energy Solutions.

Our Client are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join their Insulation Division in Doncaster. This role focuses on overseeing multiple cavity wall and loft insulation projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of insulation installers, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple insulation projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure installations meet company quality standards, PAS2030 compliance, and health and safety requirements.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the procurement and allocation of materials and equipment, ensuring the team is fully equipped to execute projects efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and project delivery to improve efficiency and maintain exceptional service standards.
