Key Responsibilities:

- Health & Safety: Implement and maintain safety protocols, conducting regular inspections.
- Quality Control: Ensure high standards of workmanship and address issues promptly.
- Client Liaison: Maintain positive client relationships and provide regular updates.
- Documentation: Manage site documentation, including reports and assessments.
Qualifications:
- SMSTS Accreditation: Essential.
- First Aid at Work Certification: Essential.
- Temporary Works Coordinator: Highly desirable.
- Driving License: Required.
- Experience: Proven experience in managing refurbishment projects.
