Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare, and deliver inspiring music lessons that engage and motivate students.
- Assess and record studentsā progress and provide feedback to help them improve.
- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet studentsā varying needs and interests.
- Organise and lead school performances and music-related events.
- Maintain a positive and stimulating learning environment that promotes student well-being.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification in Music.
- Experience in teaching music at various educational levels.
- Strong knowledge of music theory and practical skills in one or more instruments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and implement effective teaching strategies.
