Office Coordinator
Location: Doncaster
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: 11.44 per hour (Paid Weekly)

As the Office Coordinator, you will manage daily operations, support team members, and ensure smooth administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage schedules, organize meetings, and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and filing.
- Support the team with project updates and ensure deadlines are met.
About You:
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous administrative or coordination experience is a plus.
