Your new companyThis Administration job has been made available by Secondary School in Doncaster. The school has a very dedicated workforce that focusses on the educational outcomes of all students and aims to create a learning community that is both supportive and safe in an environment of mutual respect.Your new roleThis school is currently looking for a full-time Receptionist to start as soon as possible. Your time in this role will include:

  • Management of the school phone line
  • Responding to emails
  • Photocopying
  • Filing
  • Updating records
  • Printing off timetables for students
  • Collating invoices

What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate would have:

  • Strong IT skills,
  • Respect for safeguarding and confidentiality,
  • A strong ability to communicate well
  • Work as part of a team and as an individual
  • Use your own initiative
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Maintain attention to detail and be organised, motivated and punctual.

We will need to be able to obtain references to cover the last 2 years as a minimum and you will need to be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check if you don't already have a DBS on the update service.What you'll get in returnAs well as receiving a competitive rate of pay, this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in an outstanding school.
