We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team in Doncaster. This role involves working in various nurseries and primary schools, providing high-quality early years education. Candidates must hold relevant childcare qualifications (Level 2 or Level 3).

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and ensuring it meets the needs of all children.
  • Observing, assessing, and planning activities based on the individual needs and interests of children.
  • Creating a safe, nurturing environment that fosters learning and development.
  • Engaging with children in activities that encourage their cognitive, emotional, and social growth.
  • Collaborating with other staff members to plan and coordinate activities.
  • Communicating effectively with parents and guardians about their children’s progress and daily activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification.
  • Experience working with children in an early years setting.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the children and the setting.
