GSL Education’s South Yorkshire branch are looking for a qualified and experienced Online Tutor to join our client schools in Doncaster. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives by providing tailored support online.
Job summary:
As an Online Tutor, you will work with students who require additional support in their academics. Your role will involve delivering personalized learning plans, fostering a supportive environment, and helping students excel in studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver individualized lessons online tailored to the specific needs of students.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to help students achieve their educational goals.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with students online is desired.
- Strong understanding of challenges and effective strategies to support students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An updated CV (covering last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
