Our client is a leading manufacturing company dedicated to providing high-quality garden products . We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Weighbridge Administrator to join our team.



Job Description: As a Weighbridge Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the weighbridge operations, ensuring accurate recording of vehicle weights, and maintaining efficient workflow. Your role will be crucial in supporting our logistics and operations team during the peak season.



Key Responsibilities:



Operate the weighbridge and accurately record vehicle weights.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Maintain records of all weighbridge transactions.

Communicate effectively with drivers and logistics personnel.

Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to weighbridge operations.

Perform regular maintenance checks on weighbridge equipment.

Provide administrative support to the logistics team.



Requirements:



Must be competent with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

Previous experience with WMS is preferred but not essential.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
