This position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Payroll Officer who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and working collaboratively with the Payroll and HR functions.Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage all aspects of the monthly payroll cycle in a timely and accurate manner, including calculating deductions, handling new hires and terminations, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance, company cars, and other benefits
- Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records and reports
- Analyse and resolve payroll and benefit-related queries, effectively communicating with colleagues across the business to ensure a high standard of employee experience
The Ideal Candidate:
- Comprehensive understanding and experience in payroll processing and legislation
- Strong administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience with payroll software is desirable
