  • Job Title: Pharmacist Band 6-8a

  • Location: South Yorkshire - NHS Hospital service

  • Duration: Minimum 3 months (booked month-by-month)

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm (1hr lunch) - Flexible start/finish times, minimum 4 days/week (ideally 5)

  • Start Date: ASAP, April or May 2025

  • End Date: Ongoing

  • Rate of Pay: £24 - £37 per hour PAYE (via LMS), depending on experience and banding

What You'll Be Doing:Join our team as a Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients within a busy NHS hospital service. In this role, you will:

  • perform comprehensive patient assessments

  • create and implement personalised care plans

  • deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

  • collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

  • maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a current and valid GPhC registration

  • experience working in hospital wards and/or dispensary ideal, but not a necessity! (NHS or strong community background with solid references)

  • strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

  • a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role offers flexibility and requires availability from Monday to Friday (minimum 4 days per week). The contract is for a minimum of 3 months with strong potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
