An independent community pharmacy are seeking for a driven pharmacist manager to join their hard working team at a successful Doncaster branch.This is an excellent opportunity for a Pharmacist who is seeking to take on a new challenge to use and broaden their skill set. This fast-paced branch is located at the heart of a residential area, close to the local amenities. There is an efficient and approachable team in place, regular demands for advice from patients and a wide range of services on offer. This is an opportunity for a pharmacist to have autonomy and implement their own ideas, whilst being supported by the staff team and supervisor.

This is a Monday - Friday role, client can be flexible to suit your preferred working patterns (4 day week option available also).

Key Duties

  • Lead and manage a team of staff.
  • Enhance existing services and create opportunity for new ones.
  • Ensure that our customers and patients get the best possible service every time they visit our Pharmacy.
  • Have line management accountability.
  • Ensuring that all key targets are met and that excellent standards are consistently delivered.
  • Maintaining safe operation and appearance by complying with NHS, GPhC and other regulatory policies, procedures and standards.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • You must be a registered Pharmacist in the UK with a GPhC registration number.
