The role involves managing the pharmacy and staff, ensuring excellent customer service and business growth.
Candidates must have UK GPhC registration and be a qualified Pharmacist, with support offered for newly qualified individuals.
The position offers a salary of £45,000 per year and includes benefits such as 5 weeks of holiday, a bonus scheme, and a pension.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, totaling 42.5 hours per week, with an unpaid lunch break.

Key Duties

Responsibility for the day-to-day management of the pharmacy and staff, to ensure smooth running of all tasks and services
Role-modelling excellent customer service
Drive the numbers, oversee services, and look for new business development opportunities for growth
CPD as required
