Are you a highly qualified Physiotherapist looking to make a meaningful impact on patients lives through personalised and innovative care?Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospital are currently seeking experienced Physiotherapists to provide a high quality, responsive service for patients at Doncaster Royal Infirmary working as part of the physiotherapy practitioner service.
Doncaster Royal Infirmary is a large acute hospital with over 500 beds, a 24-hour Emergency Department (ED), and trauma unit status. In addition to the full range of district general hospital care, DRI also provides some specialist services including vascular surgery. It has inpatient, day case, diagnostic and outpatient facilities.

Main duties of the job
- Undertake the advanced practice assessment and management of complex musculoskeletal disorders
- Teach/mentor physiotherapists/other colleagues
- Administer peripheral join and soft tissues corticosteroid injections
- Order investigations such as bloods and X rays
In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of
- Relevant Qualifications
- Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable
To be successful in applying for this role you will need:
- Current relevant professional registration (HCPC Registration)
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience working in the NHS
- Enhanced DBS
- Evidence of working at masters level or equivalent of across all 4 pillars of advanced practice
- Experience of working with a variety of MSK disorders

Job description
The post holder will be responsible for the planning and delivery of Occupational Therapy within the designated area. Manage a caseload of service users with complex needs, using evidence based/person centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
