Description
- Oversee the operation of the quality assurance department and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Implement quality control systems and processes, and monitor their effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor and motivate the quality assurance team to achieve targets and improve performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance quality and efficiency in production.
- Investigate and resolve any issues relating to product quality.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high quality standards.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in quality assurance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
Profile
A successful Deputy Quality Manager should have:
- A Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement methods.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to motivate and inspire a team.
