The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality early years education to children aged 3-5 years, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback and support to ensure their development.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members and parents to support each child's learning journey.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on children's progress and development.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching within the EYFS framework.
  • Strong understanding of child development and early years pedagogy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different school environments and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
