This long-term role starts from the February half-term and runs until the summer, offering you the chance to make a real impact on our students' learning journey.
What You'll Do:
- Inspire and Educate: Plan and deliver engaging lessons that captivate and challenge our Year 3/4 students.
- Monitor Progress: Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them thrive.
- Create a Positive Environment: Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom where every student feels valued.
- Manage the Classroom: Maintain a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
- Engage with Parents: Communicate effectively with parents and carers about their child's progress and development.
- Collaborate: Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You must have UK QTS to apply.
- Experience: Previous experience teaching Year 3/4 or similar age groups.
- Curriculum Knowledge: Strong understanding of the national curriculum.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with students, parents, and colleagues.
