Our school is committed to fostering a love of learning and ensuring every child reaches their full potential.Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our team on a temporary adhoc basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our Key Stage 2 students, ensuring their academic and personal development.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience for all students.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and report to parents and guardians as required.
- Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Key Stage 2 students.
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a similar temporary or adhoc teaching role.
- Familiarity with the local community and its educational needs.
