Randstad is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our dynamic team, working with children aged 5-11 in the Doncaster area. This day-to-day position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that inspire a love for learning.

- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.

- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.

- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the holistic development of each child.

- Uphold high standards of behavior and discipline, promoting positive values and attitudes.

- Embrace a commitment to continuous professional development, staying abreast of educational best practices and pedagogical innovations.

Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

- Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.

- Adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to addressing the diverse needs of learners.

- A passion for teaching and a commitment to promoting the holistic development of every child.
