We are currently looking for a Year 4/5 Teacher to join our team on a long-term supply basis through Reed Education. This role is ideal for a dedicated educator who is looking to make a positive impact on their students’ learning journey.

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of both Year 4 and Year 5 students.
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
• Create a supportive and challenging learning environment that encourages growth and learning.
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students’ varying needs and interests.
• Maintain discipline in accordance with the school’s procedures and encourage good practice with regard to punctuality, behaviour, standards of work, and homework.
• Update all records accurately as required and in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and participate in regular meetings and school training events.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, specifically Year 4 and Year 5.
• Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to new environments and school policies.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
