We are seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join a vibrant school community. This role involves class teaching, planning, and reporting on student progress. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about fostering a positive learning environment and committed to the academic and personal growth of students.
Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to Year 4 students, ensuring alignment with the national curriculum.
- Plan lessons and prepare teaching materials that cater to the needs of all students.
- Assess and report on the progress of students, providing feedback that supports their learning and development.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and promotes respect and cooperation among students.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school meetings and events.
- Must hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience in primary education, preferably with Year 4.
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
