Day-to-day of the role:- Assist in the development and implementation of personalised learning plans tailored to the individual needs of students.
- Provide both one-on-one and group support to students, helping them develop social, communication, and life skills.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and psychologists to provide holistic support.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment.
- Experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a similar or transferable role.
- Confidence and dedication to go above and beyond for children with special needs.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a DBS on the update service.
