The successful candidate will work across all year groups, providing support and delivering lessons under the guidance of our teaching staff. • Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons across various subjects.
• Provide targeted support to students, including those with special educational needs.
• Lead small group sessions and interventions to boost student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers to assess student performance and adapt teaching strategies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support classroom management and maintain a safe and orderly classroom.

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience working in a primary school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
