As a Primary KS2 Teaching Assistant Y4 Doncaster the role will require you to:
- Be a role model, showcase your knowledge & lead with best practice.
- To ensure every individual child's needs are meet, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs and EHCP Plans.
- Support the class teacher
- Help children with educational & social development
- Help get classroom ready for lessons
- Listen to children read, support them with reading
- Plan and support class teacher with smaller group activities
- Supervising group activities
- One to One and two to one suppport
