Your Responsibilities:

Leading the construction of our timber frame Garden Annexes from start to finish
Managing site preparation, groundworks, and ensuring compliance with Building Control
Coordinating materials, labour teams, and multiple projects across the country
Serving as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Overseeing the commercial performance and quality control of each project

Required Skills:

5+ years of project management experience in construction
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to travel
