Are you an Estimator or similar from a Construction background looking to join a multimillion pound company, who were recently shortlisted among the Top 50 Fastest Growing companies, offering the opportunity to advance your career with excellent progression into Senior / Management roles, a car allowance and additional company benefits?
Due to the continued growth of their Construction department, they are looking to add an Estimator to their tight-knit team who can focus on a range of projects for New Builds / Refurbishments of Care Homes across the UK.
In this largely office based role you will work closely with other Estimators and Quantity Surveyors as you liaise with clients and subcontractors, quote for materials, monitor pricing of projects, assist in the preparation of tender submissions / bids and attend site visits across the North of England,
This position is ideal for an Estimator from a Construction background or similar, looking to join a leading company that offers a competitive benefits package and significant opportunities for career growth.
The Role:
- Working closely with Estimators / Quantity Surveyors.
- Liaise with sub-contractors / clients.
- Conduct site visits across the North of England.
- Assist in the preparation of tender submissions.
- Monitor project pricing.
The Person:
- Estimator or similar with a background in Construction.
- Commutable to the head office in Doncaster, as well as site visits across the UK.
- Ambitious individual looking to join a company with excellent progression.
