Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for a fresh challenge? Do you have experience working on fit out / build projects? TS Recruitment are actively working with a design, build and fit out contractor who are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their Doncaster office.

Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Work as a proactive key member of the Quantity Surveying team
  • Accurate discussions / notes from clients to allow competitive pricing, checking measures etc
  • Take off drawings to produce a bill of quantities
  • Subcontract and supplier approval and procurement
  • Prepare and issue contracts
  • Visit site to ensure costs are on track and complete site measures / variation reports
  • Produce cost value reports (CVR)
  • Invoice reconciliation and approval for payment
  • Produce final accounts

Knowledge/Experience

  • Experience: Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor (5 plus).

  • Skills: Good IT and numerical skills.
  • License: Full UK driving license.
