We are seeking an Interim Assistant Director of Property for a local authority in South Yorkshire. This role includes responsibilities as the Chief Property Officer and involves the day-to-day management of the property team. This position is ideal for someone who can effectively implement property review plans and manage a team efficiently.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Oversee the property department, ensuring effective management and operational efficiency.
  • Implement the property review plan to optimise property management and meet organisational goals.
  • Manage 2-3 direct reports and oversee a team of approximately 20 staff members.
  • Ensure strategic alignment of the property portfolio with the organisation’s objectives.
