Estates Officer

Insight Executive Group are workingto help find an Estates Officer.

The Estates Officer will ensure that the engineering and building services are operated and maintained in an efficient and safe manner.

The Estates Officer must demonstrate flexible working and co-operation with other trades. Will be required from time to time to visit off site community premises for both planned and reactive maintenance tasks.

In order to be considered you must have;

- Experience of working in an Estates department within a Healthcare setting or NHSorganisation or similar
- Experience of managing a team
