?? About The Role:

As a Temporary Receptionist, you will be the face of the clinic, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting customers, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
  • Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing customer records.
  • Providing administrative support to the clinic, including data entry and filing.
  • Collaborating with the hearing specialists and their team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Assisting with general office tasks and maintaining a clean and organised reception area.

?? Key Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

  • Previous customer service and reception experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic computer knowledge.
  • A friendly and professional demeanour with a genuine passion for helping others.
