Elevation Recruitment Group’s HR division are excited to be recruiting the role of HR and Recruitment Advisor for a fast growing, market-leading business based in Doncaster on a full time, permanent basis.

As a HR and Recruitment Advisor your role will include:

  • Advise on employee relations cases and coach managers on disciplinaries and grievances 
  • Review and development recruitment policies and procedures
  • Liaise with line managers to understand their recruitment needs and support with advertising, shortlisting and selection
  • Supporting the HR team with employment issues and escalating to the relevant HR member 
  • Ensuring all recruiting documents are adhered to and are kept up to date 
  • Coaching and advising line managers on company policies and procedures 

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic HR professional who has:-Proven experience in recruitment and managing ER casework and policy development to achieve commercial results A solid understanding of HR best practice, employment legislation, recruitment and onboardingAbility to influence and coach others to improve performance and deliver best practice
