The Job Evaluator will play a crucial role in assessing and evaluating job roles within the organisation using the National Joint Council (NJC) Job Evaluation scheme. This position requires a deep understanding of job evaluation principles and the ability to apply them effectively to ensure fair and consistent job grading.
Day-to-day of the role:- Conduct job evaluations using the NJC scheme.
- Analyse job descriptions and specifications to determine appropriate grading.
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to gather necessary information.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Provide recommendations for job grading and salary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations and decisions.
- Proven experience in job evaluation, preferably using the NJC scheme.
