We are seeking a Job Evaluator to join our team at a local authority in South Yorkshire. The Job Evaluator will play a crucial role in assessing and evaluating job roles within the organisation using the National Joint Council (NJC) Job Evaluation scheme. This position requires a deep understanding of job evaluation principles and the ability to apply them effectively to ensure fair and consistent job grading.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Conduct job evaluations using the NJC scheme.
  • Analyse job descriptions and specifications to determine appropriate grading.
