We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our client's team for a short-term assignment in the public sector. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute your expertise in HR operations, supporting key functions and ensuring smooth processes across recruitment, policy queries, and employee management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Drafting job advertisements, preparing offer letters, and coordinating related documentation (not involved in interviews).
- Policy Guidance: Acting as the primary point of contact for internal policy queries.
- Absence Management: Monitoring and managing employee absence records.
- Learning & Development Support: Organizing external training sessions and ensuring effective implementation of L&D initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, absence management, and recruitment processes.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to quickly adapt and deliver results in a short-term, dynamic role.
