  • Recruitment Support: Drafting job advertisements, preparing offer letters, and coordinating related documentation (not involved in interviews).
  • Policy Guidance: Acting as the primary point of contact for internal policy queries.
  • Absence Management: Monitoring and managing employee absence records.
  • Learning & Development Support: Organizing external training sessions and ensuring effective implementation of L&D initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, absence management, and recruitment processes.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and deliver results in a short-term, dynamic role.
