Key Responsibilities:

Understand client hiring needs and match them with the right candidates.
Use various sourcing strategies, including networking and direct searches, to identify top talent.
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure the perfect fit for available roles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with iRecruit UK’s core values.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
A background in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Rail industries is desirable, though we welcome applications from those with experience in other sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
Full UK Driving Licence.
