Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the engineering sector, you’ll play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and placing top engineering talent with leading organisations. This remote role requires someone with a passion for building relationships, a deep understanding of the engineering industry, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
Source high-caliber engineering candidates using tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations. Build a strong pipeline of engineering talent to meet client demands.
Stay informed on industry trends, market changes, and emerging technologies in the engineering sector.
Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team recruitment targets.
Keep the applicant tracking system updated with accurate candidate and client data.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the engineering or technical sectors.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and candidates.
Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms, such as Vincere systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving goals and delivering value to clients.
Preferred:
A background in engineering or experience recruiting for engineering roles. Knowledge of engineering markets and talent trends
