Finance and Admin Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance and Admin Manager to join our clients reputable business, based in Doncaster. This pivotal role combines financial expertise with regulatory oversight, ensuring that our operations not only meet but exceed industry standards.

As the Finance and Compliance Manager, you will lead financial planning, reporting, and compliance processes, playing a critical role in supporting our growth and sustainability. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold financial integrity and maintain adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management:
    • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Monitor cash flow and optimise financial performance.
    • Partner with leadership to provide insights on financial and regulatory matters.
    • Support decision-making through robust financial analysis and reporting.
    • Collaborate with external accountants
    • Identify and implement improvements to financial and compliance processes.
  • Compliance Oversight:
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
    • Work with our clients to ensure all policies are evident on their systems
    • Conduct regular audits and address any compliance issues proactively.

Requirements

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for excellence in finance and compliance. You will have:

  • A qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is highly desirable).
  • Proven experience in a finance or compliance-focused role
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
