Key Responsibilities
:

As a Bid Manager, you will lead the end-to-end bid process, crafting compelling proposals that align with our business growth targets. You’ll work closely with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the submission of high-quality bids that resonate with our customers’ needs.

 

Other responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage bids, coordinating inputs from various business units to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Develop high-quality proposals that showcase our innovative solutions and meet commercial and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with product, account, and sales teams to deliver persuasive bids that drive business growth.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance our bidding processes and win rates.
  • Coach and train team members on best practices in bid management and strategy.

 

Candidate Essentials

  • A strong understanding of the bidding lifecycle, whether that be from within project management, bid management or within a PMO.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
