Regional Bodyshop Manager / Regional Operations manager
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Regional Bodyshop / Regional Operations Manager, from within the accident repair or vehicle repair market, who possesses the experience and knowledge of working in the accident repair market, to oversee the success and productivity of 3 sites across the UK.
Our client is an expert within the accident repair market and due to exponential growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Regional Bodyshop Operations manager. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading and motivating your managers, monitoring and improving KPI's as well as supporting the growth of both staff and the business.

- As a Regional Bodyshop Manager, you will Drive operational excellence across your sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- You will Lead and inspire site managers and teams to achieve performance targets while upholding our core values: Excellence, Integrity, and Innovation.
- Monitor and improve KPIs, optimising efficiency and profitability.
- Foster growth, supporting the development of both staff and the business.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives.
- You will have a background in the automotive industry, ideally with knowledge and understanding of accident repair.
- You will also have Proven experience in multi-site management within the automotive or related sectors.
- A strong track record of delivering outstanding operational results.
- Exceptional leadership and people-management skills.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving.
- Passion for innovation and a commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity.
- Leading by example and promoting a positive work ethic
- You will be responsible for recruitment and delivering against key performance indicators with the help your senior management team.
- Ensuring Key to Key and CSI targets are met or exceeded
