Reservations Manager

Position Type: Full-Time, 5 days per week 10am to 6pm

Role Overview:

You will oversee the reservations, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of all booking requests. You will be responsible for optimising room occupancy, managing booking systems with the Opera system

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the reservations department, including overseeing the booking process and ensuring accuracy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
  • Maintain and update reservation systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including front desk and sales, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
