Sewell Wallis are excited to be working with a leading practice who are based in Doncaster. Due to increased work load they are looking to recruit an Accounts Senior/ Semi Senior to join their team on a part time basis of around 20 hours per week.

The right candidate will be an experienced accountant who is AAT qualified.

What will you be doing?

  • Prepare all aspects of client bookkeeping and VAT returns ready for review
  • Prepare financial accounts for a wide variety of clients, including Limited Companies, Sole Traders and Partnerships, ready for review
  • Utilise accounting software to maintain accurate financial records
  • Assisting with client queries throughout the year

What skills are we looking for?

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Senior or similar role in practice
  • Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, IRIS and other accounting software
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Must be AAT qualified or equivalent
