Join our clients dynamic team as anInternal Key Account Managerbased inDoncaster,where you will be the primary contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationships and consistent customer satisfaction. Role Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure client satisfaction
- Act as first point of internal contact for all client accounts
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, maintaining close communication and building rapport.
- Monitor client needs, proactively address issues, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise service delivery and exceed client expectations.
- Provide regular reporting and account updates.
- Manage a busy inbox
- Assist the Sales Manager in sales meetings
- Ensure all actions have been followed up
- Ensuring the external Sales Rep has all the resources and customer information needed ahead of customer visits
- Monitoring account spending trends, highlighting variances and assisting in creating a plan for account growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or sales
- Sales driven with a commercially orientated mindset
- Passion and hunger for success
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
