The Role:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and development.
- Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with the national curriculum standards.
- Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities and team collaboration.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching English at the secondary level (Key Stage 3 & 4).
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for literature and language.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
