We are seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join a dynamic secondary school team in Doncaster. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to start immediately and is committed to providing high-quality education until the end of the academic year. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, marking, and assessing students' work.
Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging maths lessons to meet curriculum standards and cater to a range of abilities.
- Mark and assess students' work, providing constructive feedback to support their progress.
- Maintain up-to-date records of students' progress and achievements.
- Prepare students for qualifications and external examinations.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance teaching practices and share resources.
- Participate in school meetings and events.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in teaching Maths at secondary school level.
- Strong understanding of the current curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
