Reed Education are currently looking to expand our team of supply teachers across South Yorkshire. We are looking for passionate teachers who are seeking flexibility and work-life balance. This position is extremely suitable for ECTS looking to develop their hands-on school experience prior to finding a long-term role, tenured teachers looking for a step back from full-time class responsibilities and anyone in between that just fancies a change!

Your responsibilities:

• Deliver high quality lessons across the Key Stages, following lesson plans and instructions left by class teachers to ensure a continuity of education.
• Maintain a positive and orderly classroom atmosphere, managing student behaviour effectively.
• Quickly adapt to different classroom settings and school environments, seamlessly integrating into the school’s routine and culture.
• Work collaboratively with permanent teaching staff and school administration to ensure continuity in the students’ education.
• Keep updated with the latest teaching methods and educational practices.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of all students, adhering to the school’s safeguarding policies and procedures.
