GSL Education is currently recruiting General Supply Teachers to work across secondary schools in Doncaster, covering KS3 and KS4. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who want to gain valuable classroom experience across different schools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver pre-set lesson plans across KS3 and KS4 in various subjects.
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Follow school policies and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Adapt to different schools and student needs.
  • Provide constructive feedback to permanent teaching staff.
  • Uphold safeguarding and child protection measures at all times.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Previous experience teaching KS3 and KS4.
  • Strong behaviour management and adaptability in new environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible and proactive approach to teaching.
  • A valid enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
