Reed Education are currently seeking individuals looking to work at a school in DN5 as a Higher Leve Teaching Assistant. This is a lovely opportunity for any individual looking to contribute positively to childrens' education and really make an impact.
Day-to-day of the role:- Cover PPA time effectively, ensuring continuity in students’ learning experiences.
- Monitor and report on the progress of students.
- Implement and adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Utilise strong behaviour management techniques to handle classroom dynamics.
- Support children with additional needs, providing tailored assistance to enhance their learning experience.
- Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably at a higher level.
- Strong experience in managing KS1 and KS2 classrooms.
- Excellent behaviour management skills.
- Previous experience supporting children with additional needs is highly advantageous.
- Must possess an Enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children, staff, and parents.
- Competitive daily rate of £95 - £100.
